The  “Sansec” dry toilet doesn´t need water to drop the urine and excrement. It’s a liquid and solid separator.

In every expulsion, the solid waste has to be covered with an ashes and soil mixture or lime, the waste will go to a deposit where it remains dry. 

The toilet central division will capture the urine, that is connected by a pipeline to the deposit or absorption hole 

The waste is treated by decomposition and the solid waste is reused like organic fertilizer and the liquids like liquid fertilizer.

The dry urinal doesn’t need water to work, however, is connected to the sewer system for waste disposal

Except for the Minse and Baron models, the urinals include a ceramic trap which works as a liquid anti-blocking system that prevents bad odors from coming out of the drain

It’s recommended to wash them at least once a week to avoid bad odors.
